This lovely creature with it’s long fluffy tail is a gray fox.  Note the distinctive markings of the black-tipped tail, the white throat, and the reddish fur along her sides.  More cat like than dog like, this agile fox can climb trees, and can be seen gracefully leaping, or pouncing on field mice in much the same manner as your pet cat might.  A true omnivore,  the gray fox eats seeds and fruits, as well as mice and moles.  Look for them at dusk or dawn scavenging seeds from underneath your bird feeder, or patrolling the meadows for a tasty snack.
