Our Mission

Promote appreciation, understanding, and conservation of the highland lakes area's natural assets and resources through field-based educational and recreational outreach programs. Making nature personal, from generation to generation.

Upcoming Events

To website visitors we offer the following update as of April 4th (Easter). Because of the Covid virus we have not had a regular schedule. Our visiting school groups have not held field visits and we have been cautious in promoting public events. Campers at RPR have participated in nature walks and/or educational tours of the nature center with outdoor camping groups and scouts being most involved. We are essentially on hold until the virus clears up and where we and the general public feel safer in groups.
