From February to June, this little wildflower brings color to rocky paths as it sprawls across the ground.  It’s pink petals are pretty but the most interesting characteristic is the seed pod.  You’ll see it in the lower left of the photo, just above the caption.  The pods have a rounded end, like a pouch, and a long narrow “beak”.  Can you guess it’s name?
